All salesare final.

One-time products (The Audit, The Review Check, The Paywall Setup, The Web Checkout, The Launch Kit) cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased. This includes change of mind, not using the deliverable, and dissatisfaction with work that matches the product description.

Monthly plans have a minimum term (two months for The Engagement, three for The Build). Months already billed are not refunded. After the minimum term you can cancel with thirty days' written notice; there are no partial-month refunds.

The one exception. If we fail to deliver a one-time product at all, and the cause is on our side, we refund it in full. Late delivery is not non-delivery, and the delivery window only runs once your intake and access are complete.

Credits, not refunds. A Fix bought in the thirty days before you start The Build is credited against your first month. The Audit fee is credited against the first month of either monthly plan.
